How does it work? The coffee is processed using the unique and 100% natural Sugarcane method. In this process, the green beans are first steamed to open their pores. They are then washed in a solution derived from fermented sugarcane, which naturally binds caffeine and extracts it from the bean.
This process is exceptionally gentle, not only preserving the coffee's flavour but also safeguarding your health. Because no harsh chemicals are used, our coffee is safe and suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, as well as anyone wishing to enjoy quality coffee late in the evening.

Decaffeinated coffee has a poor reputation. Often deservedly so – cheap decaf tends to be flat, bitter, and lacking character. We decided to change that. Our decaf coffees undergo the same rigorous selection process as our entire portfolio – we choose only those coffees and processes where an exciting cup remains even after decaffeination.
Natural decaffeination – the Sugarcane method
All our decafs are processed using the Sugarcane method (sugarcane ethyl acetate) – a natural process that gently removes caffeine without harsh chemicals. The green beans are steamed to open their pores and then washed in a solution derived from fermented sugarcane, which naturally binds to and extracts the caffeine. The result is coffee that preserves its original flavour profile – sweetness, fruitiness, and complexity.
