At Goriffee, we look for the optimal roast for each coffee to bring out the distinct flavor profile of each variety. We experiment, test, and roast a lot. Often, we are just a tiny step away from perfection. However, we have decided to make this coffee available for sale. While it may not meet 100% of the GORIFFEE standard, it is simply too good to be discarded.
