Together we overcame a year full of flavor: Balance of 2025 at Goriffee

The year 2025 is successfully behind us. When we look back, we see not only numbers and statistics, but above all the journey we have taken together. This article is our little thank you. Without you, our customers, Goriffee wouldn't be what it is today. Thank you for choosing us and for discovering the colorful world of flavors with us.

The past twelve months have been full of adventures and hard work for us. Our mission was to bring the best of the coffee world right to you, but also to show the world that top specialty coffee is made in Slovakia.

We traveled for coffee and for you

To move forward, we didn't just sit in the roastery. We represented Slovakia at the largest coffee exhibition in the world – World of Coffee in Dubai. It was a huge honor and experience for us, which opened up new horizons.

Our passion for coffee also led us to our neighbors. We visited coffee festivals in Poland several times – from Warsaw through Krakow and Katowice to Wroclaw. We proudly presented our coffee at a huge coffee festival in Bucharest as well.

Vietnam and visit to Zanya Coffee farm

However, the strongest and very personal experience of the year was visiting our friend and Slovak farmer Marián Takáč right at his farm Zanya Coffee in Vietnam. Marián is an inspiring person who found his second home in the mountains near the city of Dalat. Together with his wife Lim, they decided to take the harder, but meaningful path – instead of regular commercial production, they bet on quality and grow top specialty coffee that breaks myths about Vietnam.

We are extremely proud that Marián's coffees are already a staple in our offer. The year 2025 was no exception and once again we were able to bring you the best of his harvest. Seeing his determination right on the spot, how he approaches every step with a sense of detail – from hand-picking only the ripest cherries to precise processing – reminded us again that behind every cup is a real human story and honest work.

News at home in Bratislava

We didn't slack off on home turf either. We opened a new Goriffee cafe for you in TU-BA premises on Štúrova street in Bratislava, where we love meeting you in person. We are also pleased that at the end of the year our coffees made it into the Metro network, making us more accessible to a wider audience.

• During the year 2025, we offered a total of 66 different coffees from all over the world.
• On average we roast 6 tons of coffee per month.
• Our record this year is 1 037 kg of roasted coffee in a single day.
